Server costs soar, Nutanix guides customers to public cloud to ease pressure
In its fiscal Q3 2026 earnings report, Nutanix stated that rising server component costs and supply chain constraints are driving customers toward the public cloud. Revenue grew 10% year-over-year to $703 million, with annual recurring revenue exceeding $2.4 billion. Additionally, Nutanix is accelerating customer acquisition from the VMware ecosystem through expanded storage partnerships and channel strategies.
Snowflake Partners with AWS and Acquires Natoma to Strengthen Enterprise AI Agent Strategy
Data warehousing and analytics company Snowflake announced two major initiatives on Wednesday: expanding its partnership with AWS with a $6 billion commitment to infrastructure over the next five years, and acquiring Model Context Protocol platform Natoma to enhance secure connectivity and governance for AI agents. CEO Sridhar Ramaswamy stated during the earnings call that enterprises are moving toward a future where employees and agents work together. Snowflake also reported Q1 2027 revenue of $1.39 billion, a 33% year-over-year increase.
Zscaler strengthens system integrator partnerships, actively expands value-added reseller channels
Zscaler executives revealed during the Q3 fiscal 2026 earnings call on Tuesday (May 12) that the company is increasing channel investments, deepening collaboration with global system integrators, and planning to attract value-added resellers through new programs to cover the mid-to-low-end market. Additionally, the company launched the AI security initiative Project AI-Guardian and acquired Symmetry Systems to strengthen protection capabilities against AI agents.
